014 - 爱A就A - Learn spoken Chinese

this pattern indicates that a person can do sth absolutely according to his own will.

A is usually a phrase containing interogative words. '就' is often omitted in colloquial expressions. Sometimes this pattern shows a tone of impatience.

Examples:

到了我家你可别客气,爱吃什么就吃什么
-->
Help yourself, take whatever you want to eat.

甲:你们的服务太差了!我要向你们经理投诉!
乙:你爱找谁(就)找谁.
-->
A. Your service is so bad! I want to complain to your manager!
B. Go ahead.
